    A REMINDER ABOUT PARKING
    Residents should always park their vehicles in their garages or on their driveways. Please do not park your vehicles on the street overnight as it poses a hazard on our narrow roads.
    Parking on the street is allowed for short periods of time but please park close to the curb and in the direction of traffic flow. Do not block your neighbor's walkway, or park your car in a manner which makes it unsafe for your neighbors backing out of their driveway.
    Infrequently used vehicles or large trucks should be parked in the parking area behind the Gazebo.

    GARBAGE CONTAINERS SHOULD NOT BE VISIBLE FROM THE STREET.
    Garbage containers should be kept in your garage or in an inconspicuous place not visible from the street.

    HOMEOWNER
    DIRECTORY
    Our Website's HOMEOWNER DIRECTORY (Page 6 in the right side column) is a very useful and powerful tool.
    We suggest that you take the time to make sure that your information as listed is up to date and, perhaps, you may want to consider adding some personal information about yourself and your family to share with your neighbors.

    If you click on any name in the directory, a profile page will appear providing the personal information which that person has chosen to share.

    If you want to add to or edit any of the information listed under your name in the Website Homeowner Directory, click on your name on the top right in the brown bar near the top of the Home Page. A drop-down menu will appear, click on "Account Settings".
    This will lead you to a tabbed set of info cards which you can fill in;  NOTE!!! Please make sure to click the "Save" button on the bottom of each of the info cards that you edit;

         +The "General" tab leads you to your basic information; please make sure that your phone numbers and email addresses are up to date.
         +The "Profile" tab allows you to provide as much personal information as you may want to share with your neighbors. For your peace of mind, this is a great place to list any emergency contacts which you may want to share with your neighbors.
          +The "Password" tab allows you, if you want,  to change your HOA Website password.

    If you have any questions, or run into any problems managing your Directory information, feel free to contact Lou Arpino [email protected]
